He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Opal Lundella Abernathy (Bishop); and his sons, Terry Mally, Jesse King and Clifford Rucker.
He is survived by: his wife Colien Grace Simplot; and his children, Robert "BJ" Rucker, Tory Mally (Bill Marshall) and Tracy Sellnow (Bob). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and numerous great and great-great grandchildren.
