He is survived by: his wife Sally Johnson (Davis); his daughters, Lindsey Arneson (Jason) and Rebecca Johnson; and his siblings, Bethany "Sug" Johnson Pope (Jay) and David Johnson. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
