He is survived by: his wife Linda Frank of Janesville; his children, Bob Frank (Deb) of Greendale, Corinna Frank of Edgerton, Dulcie Grefsheim (Doug Dewey) of Janesville, Joy Frank (Steve White) of Janesville and Roy Frank (Miranda) of Janesville; and his siblings, Richard Frank (Marge) of Janesville and Connie Mitchell (Terry) of Colorado. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
