He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Akin and Anna Akin (Cudney); his grandparents, Trudie Cudney of Menasha, Matthew and Rebecca Akin of Milwaukee; his great-grandparents, Timothy, Linda Akin of Racine, Michael and Mary Beth Reedy of Winfield, IL.; and his grandfather Barry Cudney. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
In remembrance of Silas, his family asks that any charitable donations be made to Mikayla's Grace to help them be able to provide support to other families experiencing pregnancy and infant loss.
