He is survived by: his wife Judith Green; his children, Christina Abbott (Mike), Rebecca Borgwardt (John), Todd Green (Rebecca) and Stephen Green (Jessica); his grandchildren, Zachary, Betsy, Joseph, Callie, Alex, Eisley and Lawson; and his brother Gilbert Green.
