He is survived by: his parents, Donald Thoftne (Debbie) and Susan Thoftne (Paulson); his wife Jodi Thoftne; his daughter Allison Waldsmith (Tyler Uschan); his grandchildren, Camden Ramirez and Leighton Uschan; his siblings, Thomas Thoftne, Heidi Kundra (Tom), Heather Zillmer (Todd) and Randy Rosen (Cesiah); and his siblings-in-law, Cindy Waldsmith (Jeff Dornan) and Jim Waldsmith (Tonya). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
