He is survived by: his wife Jackie Ann Ogden; his son Devon Bliss (Tara Skildum); his grandchildren, Savannah Bliss and Nathan Bliss; his great grandchild Zander Karpes; and his siblings, Stewart Terwilliger and R. B. Bliss, III (Cher). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
