He is survived by: his wife Susan Hazlett; his daughter Melissa LeHuray (Jason); his grandchildren, Devin, Jacob and Lauren; his brother Roger Boyette (Sherry); and his siblings-in-law, Julie Shoemaker (Brad), Dan Hazlett and Bruce Hazlett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
