He was predeceased by : his parents, Emery Welter and MaeBelle Welter (Woelfer); and his brother Eugene. He is survived by : his children, Scott (Tammy) of Jefferson and Shelly (Patrick) of Dallas, TX.; his grandchildren, Nick, Zane and Maddie; his siblings, Jon Welter (Sally) and Margaret Heth (Roger); and his sister-in-law Pat Welter. He is also survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren.
