He was predeceased by : his parents, Herb and Alma; and his brother Ron. He is survived by : his wife Linda (Rueth); and his siblings, Kathryn Banbury (Bill) and Gerry (Joyce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. John's Lutheran Church or the American Stroke Association are appreciated.
