He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond LaDien and Beata LaDien (Welter); his former spouse Vanita Brunk; his daughter Bonnie Oppermann; his siblings, Joanne Nelson and Michael LaDien; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Streich.
He is survived by: his wife Lois LaDien of Jefferson; his children, LaVon LaDien of Jefferson, Renee Probst (Don) of Altoona, Nathan LaDien of Jefferson, Rachel Dellamater (Eric) of Waukesha and Dale Oppermann (Karleen) of Jefferson; his sister Marion Streich of Jefferson; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Nelson of Fort Atkinson. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 15 great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. John's Ev. Lutheran Church or Lakeside Lutheran High School would be appreciated.
