Laurel left this world on July 25, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delbert Schultz and Virginia Schultz (Hartman); her sister Sara Austin; and her daughter Megan Newcomer. She is survived by: her husband Terry Tinkle of Jefferson; her children, Elizabeth Amstutz (Edward) of River Forest, IL and Peter Newcomer (Nicole) of Middleton; her stepchildren, Jedediah Tinkle (Sativa Mata) of Sheboygan, Malachi Tinkle of Las Vegas, NV, Tamar Kasberg (Justin) of Missoula, MT, Rachel Karras (Jake) of Elkhart Lake and Ezra Ezeli (Elizabeth) of Waterford; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Emerson, Max, Anja, Azure, Zane, Winter, Fabian, Atreyu, Mazey, Eli, Eva, Remington, Briggs, Ryker, Sailor, Inez and Ambroz; her great grandchildren, Abriela and Ivica; and her siblings, Susan Dixon of Jefferson, Anne Bucalo of McFarland and Fritz Schultz (Jean) of Brodhead. She is also survived by extended family and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Lawrence Catholic Church (w4875 US-18, Jefferson, WI 53549). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
