He is survived by : his sisters, Vicki Schicker (Richard) and Valerie Cole (Roger); his friends, Chunky and Peter; his daughter Beth (Beth) of Jefferson; his friends, Chad, Mariah, Michelle, Matt, Beth and Joel; and also, Kelli, Eric and Carrie. He is also survived by friends and relatives.

The family wishes to honor Bill's life of service with a future memorial in Jefferson as well as donations to organizations he supported, and so in lieu of flowers, contributions to the family would be appreciated.
