He is survived by: his mother Oleva "Sadie" Stroede (Bartels); his children, Mathew Stroede, Jr. (Kristin) and Kari Marks (Keith); his sisters, Sherry Trainor and Billie Joe Stroede-Musillami (Ronald); and his close friend Delores Vesper. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces, 3 nephews, other relatives and many friends.
