He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Flaig and Betty Flaig (Wisnewski); his niece Elissa Nelson; his brother-in-law Bobby Hollar; and his close friend Kenny Kurz.
He is survived by: his friends, Donny O'Shasky, Chris Van Ert and Lyle Holz; his wife Joyce Hollar-Flaig; his daughters, Jennifer Flaig and Nicole Seelig (Mel); his grandchildren, Wesley Flaig, Caleb Wright, Justin Wright, Lorissa Seelig and Lylah Seelig; his siblings, Edward Flaig (Heather), John Flaig, Bobby Flaig (Florence), Cathy Lewinski (Steve), Paulina Cole, Deb Lee (Tim), Shelly Pongratz (Scott Virnig) and Lisa Rybicki; and his brother-in-law Roger Hollar. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
