He is survived by: his wife Virginia Kamke (Miller); his daughter Susan Uitenbroek (Bryan); his grandchildren, Amber, Kyle Uitenbroek and Argo; his brothers, Darwin Kamke (Alice) and Allen Kamke; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Baeten and Mary Jane Miller.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established in his name.
