She was predeceased by: her parents, John Tevlin and Jesse Tevlin (Lyons). She is survived by: her sons, Andy Stevens (Maria), John Stevens (Trish) and Kevin Stevens (Stacy O'Donnell); her grandchildren, Ashley Quick (Stephen), Meghan Stevens, Katie Kestly (Nick), David, Owen, Erin and Patrick Stevens; and her great grandchildren, Clara, Lily Quick, Colt and Tommy Kestly.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Paul Hospice in Kaukauna.
