He is survived by: his wife Karen Drath; his children, David Hanson Jr. (Leah), Jeff Hanson and Tracy Briggs (Ryan); his grandchildren, Devon, Gunnar, Kayla, Amanda, Brandon and Tyler; his brother Jerry Hanson (Joanie); and his siblings-in-law, Darlene Lindow, Bonnie Rusch and Jimmy Drath. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
