He was predeceased by: his sons, Rod and Greg Geenen; his parents, Gerald Geenen and Johanna Geenen (Sis); his siblings, Jerry Geenen (Patricia) and Judy Stevens; his brothers-in-law, Lyle Swinkles and Mick Vandenberg; and his nephews, Joey Geenen, Todd Geenen and Scott Stevens.
He is survived by: his children, Bob Geenen (Terri) and Jill Vandenberg (Lance); his grandchildren, Austin Geenen (Alyssa), Bailee Vandenberg, Madison Grelecki (Phil), Bryce Vandenberg and Brooke Maki-Gustavus; his great grandchildren, Everett Maki-Gustavus and Casen Geenen; his siblings, Darlene Swinkles, JoAnn Vandenberg, Rose Beyer and Mike Geenen (Karen); his brother-in-law Kemo Baptist Stevens; and the mother of his children Patty Geenen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
