He is survived by: his wife Barb; his children, Jimmy Stanek of Kendall, Jamie Stanek of Kendall and Jonelle Stanek Schultz (Mike) of Necedah; his sister Marveline Tunks of Camp Douglas; his grandchildren, Jake and Jentry Stanley of Necedah; his sister-in-law Janet Stanek (Rudy); and his in-laws, Pat (Thompson), Short (Dale) of Peoria, Pete Thompson (Laurie) of Kendall and Becky Solberg (Mike) of Westby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, good friends and neighbors.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kendall Community Hall (219 W South Railroad St, Kendall, WI 54638). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
