She was predeceased by: her parents, John Beets and Erminia Beets (Persoljia); her sister Anita Beets; and her brother-in-law Peter Henry. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Koretz; her daughter Krista E. Koretz of Kenosha; her siblings, John Beets (Ann), Steven Beets (Cindy) of Somers, Rosemary Henry of Somers, Patricia Beets and Pamela Beets; her grandsons, Justin Malsack and Joseph Cristiano; and her cousin Patricia Kerod (O'Toole).
In lieu of flowers memorials to the St. Jude's Children's Hospital would be appreciated.
