He is survived by: his wife Rita Silva of Kenosha; his daughters, Anna Rocha (Silva) of Kenosha and Autumn Pershing (Ron) of Grafton; his mother Jean Smith of Grafton; his brothers, David Smith (Margaret) of Green Bay, Daniel Smith (Vickie) of Florida and Mike Smith (Liz) of Fredonia; his grandchildren, Skylar, Julia (Anna), Emma, Sophia and Owen (Autumn); and his son-in-law Alex Petrakis of Kenosha.
