She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Istvanek and Mary Istvanek (Bizon); and her siblings, Albert Istvanek, Elizabeth Packman, Rose Cherny, Ida Davis and Stephen Istvanek Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Gerald "Jerry" Packman, Gary "Bobby" Packman (Helen), Susan Bolton and Dianne Tryban (Jeffrey); and her siblings, Mary Myers, Charlie Istvanek, Eddie Istvanek (Betty), James Istvanek (Heidi) and Patricia Cairo. She is also survived by her four grandchildren, her five great grandchildren and her two great great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the family.
