She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Czyzewicz and Angeline Czyzewicz (Wilcenski); and her siblings, Gordon and Patricia. She is survived by: her children, Mark Blise (Christine), Jeffrey Blise (Joanne) and Linda Rieschl (Michael); her grandchildren, Jennifer Zierke (Kevin), Robert Blise (Rachel), Melissa Porter (John), Sarah Staup (Jade), Amelia Blise, Andrew (Jesse) and Megan Rieschl (Ray Hollnagel); and her great grandchildren, Jace Zierke, Abigail, Elizabeth Blise, Michael, Jeffrey, Mary Beth, Jun Yu, Ruby Mei, Siya Lu Porter, Julia, Joanne and Aksel Staup. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
