He was predeceased by : his parents, Bartley Hafferkamp and Rose Hafferkamp (Kulig); and his siblings, Jim Hafferkamp, Richard Hafferkamp and Suzanne White.
He is survived by : his wife Aileen Terry; his children, Jeffery Hafferkamp (Pat), Debra Grom (James), Dorothy Riley (Michael), Donna Fredericksen (Richard) and Diane Gyurina (Michael); his grandchildren, Ann Wilson, Jeffery Hafferkamp, Steve Grom, Sean Riley, Ryan Riley, Mitchell Davis, Sarah Nielsen, Jennifer Anderson and Kevin Gyurina; and his brothers-in-law, Robert White and Robert Terry (Joanne). He is also survived by his 12 great grandchildren.
