He was predeceased by: his parents, Giacomo Ruffolo and Saveria Ruffolo (Guido); his brothers, Francisco "Frank" Ruffolo, Leopoldo "Leo" Ruffolo and Serafino "Sam" Ruffolo; his nephew John Ruffolo; and his parents-in-law, Jerry and Florence Serpe.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ruffolo; his children, Benny Ruffolo, Jr. (Ala), Michael Ruffolo (Netasha) and Erica Mortenson (Michael); his grandchildren, Benny Ruffolo III, Alexis Ruffolo, Joey Ruffolo, Olivia Ruffolo, Natalie Ruffolo, Michael Mortenson and Ava Mortenson; his siblings, Kelly Ruffolo (Rita), Armando Ruffolo (Vanda) and Rosina Caruso (Carmine); and his sisters-in-law, Jeri Nielson (Don), Amelia, Nella and Maria Ruffolo. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
