She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Welker and Mary Welker (Buechner); her husband Eugene H. Epping; her siblings, Leo, Leonard, Jerome, Isabelle Knauft, Eleanor Cline and Rita Ensminger; and her sons-in-law, Joseph Doksus and Timothy Shaffer.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Johnson (Robert) of Antioch, IL, Edward Epping (Marilyn) of Mitchell, IN, Diane Doksus of Climax Springs, MO, Joanne Rusche (Joseph) of Eagan, MN, Mary Ellen Shaffer of Crittenden, KY and Robert Epping (Lynn) of Eden Prairie, MN; and her sisters, Henrietta Hankes of Beaver Dam, WI and Mary Ann Babich of Vernon Hills, IL. She is also survived by her 20 grandchildren, her 35 great children and her two great-great grandchildren.
