With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Birl Melburn DeLoach (Kenosha, Wisconsin), born in West Palm Beach, Florida, who passed away on September 23, 2022 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Birl D. DeLoach and Elizabeth DeLoach (Hickey); his spouse Evalina Santiago; and his sister Mary Kovarovic. He is survived by: his children, Justin DeLoach, Desiree DeLoach, Marisa Ruffin, Monica Ynosencio, Chayito Ynosencio and Elisa Ynosencio; his grandchildren, Angelina, Savannah, Meladie, Isaiah, Serenity, Justin Jr., Hezekiah, Caleb, Ezra and Javier; and his sister Linda Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
