She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Patricia A. Whicher and Gordon; her close friend Mary Nighbor; and her siblings, Kurt Whicher, Elaine Bridge, Anita Whicher, Donna Whicher (Kenny Miller), Lois Rice and Eric Whicher.

She was a giving person up until the end; Brenda donated tissue for others so that they might have a better life.
