He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bruce Rachal and Regina Rachal; his brothers, Stephan and Nathan Rachal; his grandparents, Irene Delgado, Arthur and Sandy Rachal; his uncle Johnny Rachal; his aunts, Jessie Rachal, Bernice Rachal and Ramona Rodriguez; his grandparents, Nancy Rachal, Raymond Delgado and Thomas Zuniga; and his great-grandparents, Virginia, Hilario Rodriguez, Abelina and Ramon Zuniga.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Stand.
While waiting for treatment, Elliott was granted a wish through the Nikolas Ritschel Foundation to visit the museum of his favorite creator of all time, George Lucas.
