He is survived by: his children, Marquez CM Vines, Carl Vines III, Lavon D Taylor, Iyana A Taylor, Camille T Day Irhianna U, Kyere AS Vines and Ethan K Vines; his grandchild Kareem K Grove-Vines; his parents, Julia M Givens and Carl E Vines Sr.; his siblings, Jennifer DeGroot, Autumn Vines (Cissy), Juvia Vines (Tito), Elicia Pavlovich and Zerick Vines Sr.; his grandparents, Annie Vines and Robert Vines Sr.; his great-uncle Ernest Phillips; his great-grandparent Magnolia Phillips; his aunt Audrey Givens; his nephew Demetrius Daniels Jr.; his grandparents, Betty (Cunningham) and Walter Givens Sr.; and his great-grandparent Lesse Cunningham. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of extended family and friends.
