He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene R. Fox Sr. and Josephine Fox (Burlingham); his brother Eugene R Fox Jr.; and his granddaughters, Zoe, Amelia and Gabriella Fox.

He is survived by: his children, Angelina Wappel (Keith), Melissa Fox and Eugene Fox (Sebrina Miller); his grandchildren, Anthony Voss (Alondra), Alexis Voss, Declan Wappel, Austin Mack, Owen Mack and Michael Fox; his great grandchild Aurelius Voss; his sister Cheryl Cibrario; and his close friend Kelly Leonard.
