He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Istvanek and Mary Istvanek (Bizon); his wife Sandra Witkauskis; his daughters, Sherri and Lisa Ann Istvanek; his siblings, Stephen, Rosie, Albert, Ida, Lizzie, Ann, Eddie and Mary; his brother-in-law Louis Cairo; and his parents-in-law, Michael Witkauskis and Violet Sturycz.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammi Senical (Jeffrey); his granddaughters, Tisha Geis (Gregory) and Samantha Lauf (Ryan); his siblings, Patricia Cairo and James Istvanek (Heidi); his nephew William Schmidt (Abby); his great-nephews, Stephen and Trent; and his great-niece Brooke.
