He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Mikus and Ortrude Mikus (Berry); his brothers, Ronald "Butchie" Mikus, Dennis "Denny" Mikus and John "Johnny" Mikus; his father-in-law Stan McCormick; and his brother-in-law Kelly McCormick.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry; his children, Carrie (Myron), Nicole (Joseph Ebb), Theresa Moon (Lance) and Paul; his grandsons, Myron and Trey (Alaina); and his mother-in-law Genevieve McCormick.
