He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Forster of Kenosha; his children, Alexandra Forster (Brian Garcia) of Kenosha and Randal Forster of Kenosha; his mother Mildred Wasion (Don) of Clinton, IA; his brother Chris Bouvia (Mike); his stepbrother Donnie Paugel (Ronnie) of Pleasant Prairie; his sisters, Mindi Perkins (Scott), Melisa Kruel of Kenosha and Sheena Forster of Blythewood, SC; his grandchildren, Emberlynn and Brixton Garcia; and his in-laws, Sharon Miller (John) and Jason Holman (Marcia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sunset Ridge Memorial Park (4300 Green Bay Rd, Kenosha, WI 53144).
