He was predeceased by: his parents, John Modrijan and Stella Modrijan (Bagdonas); his siblings, Cathy Henderleiter and Jim Modrijan (Jan); his siblings-in-law, Louis Polovick and Sharon Modrijan; and his nephew Timmy Henderleiter (Nichole).
He is survived by: his siblings, Betty Polovick, Stella Mohan (Frank) and John Modrijan; his siblings' children, Wendy Modrijan, Michelle Modrijan (Tom Segar), Stephanie Modrijan (Bryan Tabrum), Stella Schindler, David Schindler (Jeannie), Bryan Schindler (Amber), Patrick Mohan (Silvia), Elizabeth Mohan (Cindy Howes), John Mohan (Stephanie), Amanda Higgins (Michael), Jen Riemenschneider (Peter), Jason Polovick (Melissa), Julie Polovick (Alan Fenske), Catherine Polovick, Heather Henderleiter Hosea (David), Rachel Sneed (James), Nikki Tyson (Joe) and Ann Modrijan; and his brother-in-law Tim Henderleiter. He is also survived by 28 great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Proko Funeral Home & Crematory (5111 60th St, Kenosha, WI 53144). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
