He is survived by: his wife Connie Lucas; his children, Tracy Jefferson, Toni Waites of Kenosha and Nikki Waites of Kenosha; and his brothers, Calvin Waites, CJ Franklin of Kenosha, Jerry Waites of Waukegan, IL, Ronald Waites of Kenosha and Rodney Waites of Kenosha. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren.
