He is survived by: his mother Patricia; his wife Melissa Forbes; his daughters, Amanda Cutler (Mark) of Kenosha and Alicia Lieck of Kenosha; his grandchildren, Jacson, Illiana and Arlo; his sister Dawn Hitz (Todd); his nephews, Michael P. and Andrew Gibney; his great-nephew Hunter; his great-niece Willow; and his aunts and uncles, Sue Gibney of Kenosha, Dan Peters of Cataract, WI, Curt Peters of Holman, WI, Mary Ahles (Jim) of Racine and Gloria Honebrink (Jim).
