He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Joseph and Linda (Steir); and his sisters, Ann Poff and Karin Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Thompson; his sons, David Jr. and Mathew (Rebecca Oatsvall); his brothers, Mark John and Steve Schueller (Eve); and his brother-in-law David Richardson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
