He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Grace; his siblings, Alta Zimmerly and Lewis Clark (Ray); and his great grandchild Dakota Clark.

He is survived by: his wife Betty Clark (Sweeney); his sons, Richard (Jane) and Michael (Nancy); his grandchildren, Melissa (Christian), David (Sara) and Jacob; his great grandchildren, Drake and Dayton; and his sister Betty Ziegler.

In lieu of flowers, memorial remembrances can be made to the Spring Meadows Congregation.
