He is survived by: his children, Evan Howard (Denise Shantry) of Racine, John Howard of Kenosha, Dorinda Aldridge (Jesus), Breck Howard (Virginia) of Denver, CO, Todd Howard (Kelly) of Kenosha, Elden Howard (Michelle) of Fredonia, WI and Tammy Cruz (Gene) of Kenosha; his grandchildren, Alberto, MaryLou, Xavier, Justin, Charese, James, ThomasJay, Linsey, Jacob, Gene Elden, Morgan and Madelyn; his great grandchildren, Johnny, Alyssa, Anabella, Isabella, Rowan, Lillianna, Analisa, Johanna, Emery and Lena; his siblings, Phyllis Struck (Harold) of Racine, Gloria Ratz (Don) of So, Milwaukee and Harold Howard of Theresa, WI; his brothers-in-law, LeWayne Tiedke (Susan) of Medford, WI and Richard Anderson (Jenefher); and his close friend JoAnne Daniels. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
