It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A. Wente of Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 23, 2025, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Emogene Louise "Gene" Wente (Grill) and Robert Wente; his in-laws, Bill and Lois Smith; and his siblings-in-law, LeaAnn Wente and Dave Knapp.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Wente of Kenosha, WI; his sons, Alex Wente (Jasmine) of Geneva, IL, Adam Wente (Michelle) of Madison, WI and Aaron Wente (Kim) of Lansing, MI; his grandchildren, Everett, Wells, Eloise, Hugo and Brooks; and his siblings, Steven Wente of Kenosha, WI, Susan Wente, Sandra Sparks (Loren) of Racine, WI and Ann Clark of Boulder, CO..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kenosha Country Club (500 13th Ave, Kenosha, WI 53141).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Hospice Alliance or American Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
