He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Spaid and Eleanor Spaid; his sons, Brett and David Spaid; his grandson Steven Franklin; and his great grandchild Summer Sky Lawrence.
He is survived by: his children, Melissa Rouze (Bryan), Melynda Lawrence, Raven Lawrence (Shorty) and Cherity Lankford (Terry); his brother Robert S. Spaid (Karen); and his aunt Barb Reich. He is also survived by two stepchildren, 20 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
