He is survived by: his wife Jean Andersen; his children, Kurt (Ericka), Kevin (Heather) and Kristie (Scott Trottier); his grandchildren, Isabella, Noah, Bianca, Adriana and Aiden; his sisters, Ann Atkins, Mary Palladino and Jane Cooper; and his caregivers, Rhonda, Gabbi, Beth and Kathryn.
