She was predeceased by: her parents, Arther Hay and Ada Frances Hay (Zwetsch); and her brothers, Gordon Hay and David Hay. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Ann Culp (David) of Kokomo, IN, Kit Henry Carlsen (Bonnie) of Clackamas, OR, Khris Kenneth Carlsen (Betty) of Kenosha, WI and Korey Arthur Carlsen of Kenosha, WI.; her niece Tracy Hay; and her nephew Randy Hay. She is also survived by her four children, several grandchildren, step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
