She was predeceased by: her husband Clinton Edward Burns; her parents, Samuel Elijah and Hazel Lenice Roth (Snyder); and her siblings, Donald Roth, Curtis Roth, Klatus Roth, Harold Roth, Douglas Roth, Alfred Roth and Armeda Popp (Roth).

She is survived by: her children, Lark Kelley (Mike) of Clear Lake, S. D, Robin Mabie (David) of Verona, Samuel Burns (Teri) of Kenosha Wis and Matthew Burns (Tina) of San Antonio. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

The family is also planning to have an all-inclusive memorial service at the Salvation Army facility in Kenosha, Wis. after the COVID-19 situation has passed.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Salvation Army ministry of your choice.
