We announce the death of Douglas Robert Spaeth of Kenosha, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 24, 2026, at the age of 67. Douglas will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Emil and Mary Lou Trangmar; and his children, Anne Pace and Lee Spaeth. He is survived by: his wife Karen Spaeth of Kenosha, WI; his children, Andrew Douglas Spaeth (Erin), Emily Spaeth and Christina Lisa Moffett (Alex); his grandchildren, Garik Spaeth and Eli Moses Moffett; and his siblings, George Spaeth, Mary Buroker (Ken), James Spaeth (Lisa) and Cathy McGowan (John).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Proko Funeral Home (5111 60th St, Kenosha, WI 53144). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anne Catholic Church (9091 Prairie Ridge Blvd, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158).
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Matthias Academy, 12603 224th Ave, Bristol, WI 53104 would be appreciated by the family.
