He was predeceased by : his parents, Sterling Bevins and Creta Bevins (Justice); his wife Ruby Lester; his son Earl D. Jr. Bevins; his sister Patti; and his great grandchild Zachery.
He is survived by : his children, Tammy Cebolski (Gene) of Kenosha, Terri Vergenz of Kenosha and Todd Ingram of Oswego, IL; and his brothers, Bill Bevins, Danny Bevins (Linda) and Steve Bevins (Bobbi) of Kenosha. He is also survived by his 6 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
