He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward A. Hoff and Genevive Hoff (Tomczak); his spouse Jane H. Brever; and his siblings, Dorothy Isetts and Jerome Hoff.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah L. Kovachik (Brad) of Pleasant Prairie, Jeffrey H. Hoff (Carol) of South Carolina, Gregory R. Hoff of Oshkosh and Kevin M. Hoff (Janet) of Pleasant Prairie. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
