“Elaine was so dear to me. She was a young woman in her twenties when we met. She was devoted to her five boys and her young husband. Her world was their world and she remained a part of their lives for always. She enjoyed the love of her grandchildren for many years. I will always have fond memories of my time with Connie and Elaine and their very young boys at the time. I grew to have a fondness for her large pot of spaghetti and oven fried garlic bread.”
